How Billing Works

Upthos Relay uses a prepaid balance system:

  1. Top up your account via Stripe (card, Alipay, or WeChat Pay)
  2. Use APIs -- tokens are deducted from your balance in real time
  3. Monitor usage in your dashboard

Pricing

Token costs follow upstream pricing, adjusted by your group's rate multiplier.

Cost per request upstream token price x rate multiplier
Balance display 1 credit ~ $1 USD
Payment Processed in USD via Stripe

Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • Alipay (cross-border, displays in CNY)
  • WeChat Pay (cross-border, displays in CNY)

Receipts

Stripe automatically sends a receipt email to your registered email address after each successful payment.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for service issues. Contact us if you experience problems with your payment.
